CANCELLATION
Except for particular conditions and specific conditions for a given hotel, all cancellation which has occurred more than two days before the arrival date will lead to the payback of the 10% that were paid during the reservation, withholding the 5 euro. The payback will be done on the credit card that was used during the reservation.
In case of No-show ( when you do not come to the hotel at the foretold arrival day and you do not say it ), or in case of cancellation 2 days or less before the arrival date, the 10% paid during the reservation will be charged. Moreover, the first night can be charged ( withholding the 10% paid during the reservation).
This billing is made by the hotel in which you had reserved and is made on the credit card you used for the reservation.
We invite you to acquaint yourself to the cancellation conditions f your booking when you tick the box which indicates that you have acquainted yourself to the latter.
Some specific cancellation conditions can be predicted for the hotel or the price you had reserved.
